SETRACKER 2 Application Configuration
Please read the instructions carefully before using the watch.
Configuration available for the Setracker1 application
You will absolutely need a SIM card to use the watch. With an internet plan, 100MB to 1GB is recommended for daily use of the watch.
Good news, most operators now offer plans for a few euros and without commitment that will be perfectly suitable.
For example, our partner PRIXTEL offers a special plan that is 100% compatible with all children's smartwatches!

Smartwatches consume little data, however it is possible that The entire data allowance is quickly exhausted with 50MB. especially if the geolocation function is enabled. In this case, you will either need to use a plan with a larger data allowance or reduce the frequency of location data updates.

Insert the SIM card
You will then need to insert the watch's SIM card into a phone beforehand, and then disable the PIN code request . Go to your phone's settings to do this.

Next, insert the SIM card into the watch in the correct orientation until it is securely clipped in , then turn on the watch and check that you have network availability .

Then you can launch the application
1) DOWNLOAD THE APP

2) REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT
You will need to create an account on the application before you can link your watch.

Enter your email address and create a password
The application does not accept any special characters in passwords. Your password must consist only of letters and numbers .

Then you can connect the watch in 3 ways :
-By scanning the QR code behind the watch, or on the label provided.
-By scanning the QR code in the watch menu (Reg Code) .
-If that doesn't work you can enter the code manually (Reg Code) and not the IMEI.

Enter your child's nickname , then select your relationship and finally the watch's phone number .
Administrator
Only one primary administrator is designated per watch. The user who first linked the watch to the application will become the default administrator .
It is possible to add other secondary administrators ; to do so, the contact will also need to create an account on the Setracker app, then synchronize the watch with their app. Finally, they will need to wait for validation from the primary administrator , who will receive a notification .
GO TO THE APP AND CHECK IF EVERYTHING IS WORKING.
CONNECTION PROBLEM:
IF YOU ARE IN THE APP BUT IT IS TELLING YOU:
"The device is not networked" or "The request failed, the cellular signal is too weak"
HERE ARE THE POINTS TO CHECK:
The watch must be switched on and the SIM card inserted. Check if the network bars are displayed on the watch.
If the network is blocked:

1) Make sure the card SIM East unlocked and activated
2) Make sure you have properly installed the SIM card in the Common sense and clipped with the supplied point and not with your hand or a screwdriver (the SIM card must be held securely and not move).
3) Restart the watch after inserting the SIM card and wait 1 minute.

The network bars are displayed:
You can make calls but the application does not connect.

DIAGNOSIS
To check what's wrong, you'll need to send this diagnostic SMS from a mobile phone to the watch , which must be switched on and connected to its SIM card:

You need to check that your plan is compatible or has enough internet data, or check network coverage.
If you do not see the two arrows displayed on the watch screen and all other settings are OK
For 2G Watches :
Please send this SMS from a phone to the watch, depending on the operator selected on the watch:

Wait for the response and then restart the watch .
The response may take several minutes to arrive; if you do not receive it, please resend the message.
Check if the 2 arrows have appeared on the watch screen.
For 4G Watches :
You will first need to check if data roaming is allowed:
In the watch menu: Settings > More > Mobile networks > Allow roaming > Please check the box.
Next, you will need to check your APN network settings in the watch's menu:
Settings > More > Mobile networks > APN
Then click edit to verify the information: (Example SFR)
Name: SFR webphone
APN: sl2sfr
Then options > save
Then restart the watch.
Everything should work afterwards.

If the IP_URL is not : 52.28.132.157 Configure SERVER:
You can change the server address depending on your region . If you are in Europe and the server address is not 52.28.132.157 , please change it by sending this SMS from your phone to the watch:

Wait for a response, then restart the watch.
If you have this IP address url:92.53.87.162; you have already linked the watch to the find my kids application, you must ask find my kids to unlink the watch in order to link it to setracker.
If you see this message: "Device number already registered, please contact your agent to restore it"
Please contact us by email if you are a customer of ours, as this means the watch is already linked to an account. It can only be linked once we need to restore your account.
Is the watch synchronized? Proceed to the next step.
3) HOME FUNCTIONS SETTINGS
At the top of the screen you will find the watch information:
Select watches if you have multiple watches saved, Add a new watch.
Address where the watch is located, Date, Time, Location mode (LBS, GPS or WIFI) , Battery level on the watch.
- Contacts: Allows you to save phone numbers in the watch's directory (up to 15 numbers)
- Messages: Allows you to send text and voice messages to your child (they can reply with a voice message)
- Call: Allows you to call the watch from the app

Location
Tap the map to access this menu:

- Update the Watch's Location
Press this button to get the watch's current location. This may take a few minutes depending on the watch's network connection.
Please note that there are several location methods: GPS, LBS, or Wi-Fi, depending on the model. When the watch is inside a building, it will not be detected by GPS satellites. It will therefore rely on cell phone towers. (LBS) which we will locate, however with less precision.
Outdoors, the watch will be located by GPS with an accuracy of 5 to 50m
Finally, on some models it is possible to locate the child even inside buildings by the WIFI location when GPS is not available.
- Your location:
It gives you the location of your phone.
- History of Journeys
History of your child's journeys by day and hour; to have this tracking you must first go to "location frequency" and activate tracking mode.

- Types of cards
Access 3 types of maps
You can define multiple safety zones for the child. Select the zone to activate and you will be alerted if the child leaves that zone.
FUNCTIONS
(Basic, non-exhaustive list)

Allows you to see the secondary guardians added to the app. To add a family member, they must download the Setracker app and add the watch by scanning it or using the ID number.
- List of alerts
Find here the different alerts received from the watch: SOS, leaving safety zones, low battery, watch removed from arm.
- Frequency of locations
Enables automatic GPS data updates. We recommend setting it to power-saving mode (once per hour) to prevent the battery from draining too quickly. If you need a detailed history of your child's journeys, you can switch to Tracking mode (GPS data updates once per minute). Please note that GPS tracking mode requires a larger data allowance.
- SOS / family number
Allows you to enter up to 3 emergency contact numbers. The child simply presses the SOS button on the watch (long press).
After setting up the primary guardian's number, it's impossible to turn the watch off directly. Instead, when you press the ON/OFF button, you'll receive a call from the "guardian's number." You'll need to use the "remote shutdown" app to turn it off.
- Do not disturb
Set time periods during which the watch will be silent. This can be useful for time spent at school.
- Alarms
Add up to 3 Alarm Clocks.
- Search for the watch
Allows you to make the watch ring if you can't find it.
- Audio surveillance
You must enter your phone number. Then the watch will make a spy call to your phone, without the watch lighting up, so the child won't see or hear you.
- SMS alerts
Allows you to define what notifications you want to receive on your phone:
- Low battery
- SOS call
- Watch removed from the child's wrist (on C50 or C79 models only)
- Function selector
Allows you to disable the call dialing keypad. Prevents calls from unknown numbers from the watch; the child will only be able to call their saved contacts.
- Health
Displays the number of steps, calories burned, distance traveled, and hours of sleep. This data is based on GPS tracking and is not 100% accurate.
- Touch your friends
Allows you to manage and delete friends.
- Rewards
You can send a reward to your child. It will appear on the watch accompanied by a small heart.
- Language and time zone
Select your language (French, German, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese) and your time zone. Please select "daylight saving time" if you are in a one-hour time difference.
On some models French is not available; if you select it you will get another language, so please choose English.
- LBS positioning switch
Uses cell towers to locate the watch when GPS is unavailable, for example, inside a building. (Accuracy is lower: 500-1000m)
If you have trouble getting a GPS signal, you can disable this function.
- Turn off remotely
Allows you to turn off the watch remotely from your app.
- Remove the watch
Allows you to detach the watch from your application in case of resale, for example.
Note: If you have just added the watch to the application, some functions may take up to 48 hours to appear.
MY ACCOUNT

- Profile settings: Edit your email address, avatar, phone number.
- Change your password
- List of paired watches: You can add a new watch to monitor or remove a watch from your app.

- Registration code: Watch ID number and QR code.
- Remove ads: Switch to paid mode.
- Delete my account: Delete your setracker account.
- About: Terms of use of the application.
- Exit the application: Close the application.
Terms of Use
Our GPS location devices These devices do not replace adult supervision . Do not use your GPS tracking device as the sole method for locating a child or a person under your supervision.
All our watches have a GPS module. The accuracy of the GPS location of our devices is determined by the strength of the GPS signal and the strength of the cellular signal. Furthermore, they cannot provide a location at any time . For example, GPS accuracy may be affected when the device is indoors, or the cellular or GPRS (mobile internet) signal may be weak if cell towers are far away and prevent location updates.
If you bought your smartwatch from a low-priced marketplace and you can never get an accurate location on your app, it's because you bought a watch without a GPS module. If you're looking for a watch with true accuracy, you can browse our catalog, which only contains watches with a built-in GPS .
