INSTRUCTIONS

Compatible with C98 4G Dual Connected Watches


1) Download the me.watch app:

2) Installing SIM card:

  • Please insert the Card NANO SIM in a telephone beforehand and Deactivate the PIN code request (Bouygues Telecom plans are not compatible)

  • Then lift the back cover of the watch from the notch in the bottom left to gain access to the SIM card port.

  • Lift the sim cover to insert it . Use the 4 pin charging support then clip it to the back of the watch for charging.

Wait 30 seconds and check that you have access to the network bars on the watch.

3) Creation of me.watch account:

  • Please Create your account with YOUR Phone Number (TUTOR)

If you do not receive the verification code please check your spam

    • Once the SIM is inserted correctly and you have network on the watch, please go to the Menu QR Code of the watch. You can then scan the code in your app to pair the watch .

    Binding problem:

    • If you cannot scan the QR code you can press it it should appear 5 digit watch number with 4 digit security code, click Manual Binding on the screen to do the operation manually.

    • If the Watch Number does not appear when you click the QR code
    1. Check if you have network and if you can make a call from the watch.
    2. Check that your plan has enough data (MB)
    3. Configure the watch APN in the watch menu Settings > Wireless & network or Mobile network settings > Mobile network > Access point names, then edit the data and replace with the correct APN data according to your carrier

    Congratulations, you are registered, you can access the functions:

    1.Location

    There are 3 GPS Wifi and LBS positioning modes.
    If the watch is in a building or near a WiFi terminal, generally the WiFi location mode will be detected with a margin of error of around 200m.
    If the watch is outside, the GPS will be detected with good precision, the margin of error will be only 20m.
    Finally, if no mode is available, the watch will use the telephone relay antennas (LBS) to locate the watch with less precision, around 500-2000m margin of error.
    Update the location several times by pressing the location button at the bottom left.

    2.WeChat

    You can send voice and written messages via the application and your child can respond to you via the micro chat menu on their watch.

    3. Telephone

    Allows you to call the watch directly.

    4.Voice monitoring

    Allows you to initiate a call from the watch to your phone to listen to the child's surroundings and make sure they are okay

    Please note if the monitor or call function from the application does not work, you must enter the child's phone number by pressing their profile photo you will have access to the menu

    5.Guardian

    You can add a secondary tutor

    6.Remote monitoring

    You can capture photos remotely

    7.SOS

    Add 3 SOS numbers, the watch will automatically call the 3 numbers if the SOS alert is launched

    8.Forbidden class

    Allows you to block the watch at the desired times for school hours, for example.

    9.Electronic closing

    Allows you to set a limit that the child cannot exceed on the map.
