Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to request an exchange or a refund.

The product can be returned within 14 days, provided it is in strictly new condition. not used as originally without any signs of wear, including its packaging, accessories, screen protector, instructions, watch stand and IMEI label.

If the watch has been used beyond simply checking its functionality, a discount may be applied to cover the depreciation of the product.

You must absolutely Please send us an email to inform us of your intention to withdraw to contact@smartwatchphone.fr and send us proof by photos that the product is in its original condition with its complete packaging , cardboard stand, accessories and IMEI number, before any return.

Any return made without prior agreement will not be processed.

No refunds are given once the 14 days have passed.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company smartwatchphone will proceed with the reimbursement of the sums paid, within 14 days following your return and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.

Express delivery charges (Chronopost) are non-refundable . We are not responsible for any postal delays.

NB: In the case of a cancellation (refund), the return costs are the responsibility of the customer regardless of the reason given for the return.
